机构概况
本院创建于1954年，原名商业部设计院，是国家甲级工程勘察设计单位，具有建筑工程、商物粮全行业（含食品冷冻冷藏、冷藏库、屠宰与农副产品加工、成品油储运、批发市场与物流中心）等甲级工程设计资质，并具有工程总承包、建设监理、工程咨询等甲级资质。拥有独立的对外经营权。现隶属于国家中央大型骨干企业—中国华孚贸易发展集团公司。获得ISO9001-GB/T19001质量体系认证。
本院是国家和行业标准、规范的主编单位，完成《冷库设计规范》、《猪 |
屠宰与分割车间设计规范》、《制冷术语》、《冷藏柜型式与基本参数、冷藏柜技术条件、冷藏柜试验方法》、《氨制冷系统安装工程施工及验收规范》、《冷藏库建筑工程施工及验收规范》、《室内装配式冷库》、《石油库设计规范》等标准和规范的编写。
本院是中国制冷学会、全国商业冷藏科技情报站创建单位，是《中国肉类协会》副会长单位；《中国制冷学会》、《中国制冷空调工业协会》副理事长单位；《中国制冷学会》秘书处；《全国商业冷藏科技情报站》秘书处；《国家商用制冷设备质量检验中心》设在本院。
业务范围
承担国内外商、粮、物行业的各类食品冷冻冷藏库、屠宰与农副产品加工、石油天然气储运、仓储物流和民用建筑工程项目的投资可研咨询、设计、监理、总承包及装饰和相关应用技术开发研究。
技术力量
本院专业设置配套齐全，拥有建筑、结构、城市规划、冷藏工艺、食品加工、石油储运、电气与自动控制、暖通空调、环保与给排水、计算机、室内装饰、机械工程、技术经济、试验测试、法律等专业。现有职工400余人，其中：国家工程设计大师2人；优秀设计院长2人；国家有突出贡献的中青年专家1人；享受政府特殊津贴专家22人；部级有突出贡献的中青年专家10人；教授级高工 一级注册建筑师、结构师30多人；注册监理工程师、注册造价工程师30多人。具有高级技术职称的工程技术人员130余人。

以肉类食品屠宰分割加工技术、食品冷冻冷藏工艺、石油储运技术、制冷系统自控技术、冷藏库建筑热工技术、民用建筑技术及各类商业物流技术（超市、等）为专有核心技术和特长。建院50年来，已完成国内外各类肉、禽、蛋、水产冷冻冷藏加工厂、各类食品加工中心、农产品贮藏保鲜加工基地、石油储运设施、粮油糖棉储藏库、大型仓储式超市、批发市场、物流中心等商业建筑和宾馆、写字楼、住宅、商场等各类民用建筑工程2000多个。在该行业领域拥有知名品牌和领先的技术优势。

Institute Overview
The precedent of our institute was founded in 1954, named Design Institute of the Ministry of Commerce. As a state-recognized Class-A institute for engineering, reconnaissance and design, it is qualified to be engaged in engineering design for Class-A projects of building construction and a wide range of other industries such as food refrigeration and deep freezing, cold storage, |
slaughtering and processing of farm products and sidelines, wholesale markets and logistics hub, and petroleum storage and carriage. It also has the license to independently operate foreign business. Currently, it is a subsidiary of China Huafu Trade Development Group, which is one of the leading large state-owned enterprises. The institute has obtained the ISO9001-GB/T19001 Identification for Standard Quality System.
Our institute has been requested to preside over or participate in the formulation of state and industry-level standards and norms. So far, it has accomplished the compilation of an array of such standards as Criteria for Design of Refrigerators , Criteria for Design of Pig Slaughter and Partitioning Rooms, Nomenclature for Deep freezing, Model & Basic Parameters, Technical Specification and Experimentation of Refrigerated Cabinet,Specifications for Installation and Acceptance of Ammonia Refrigeration System , Specifications for Construction and Acceptance of Design of Refrigerated Cabinet,Indoor Assembled Cold Storage, and Specifications for Oil Depots.
Business Scope
Our institute is well-positioned to undertake the investment feasibility study and consulting, design, supervision, general contracting, decoration and fitting, property management for various projects involving many kinds of Refrigerators, slaughter and processing of agricultural products and sidelines, petroleum storage and carriage, and civil engineering, and development of technology for the foregoing.
Technical Force
Our institute’s research covers a wide range of academic disciplines, including architecture, building structure, urban planning, deep freezing, food processing, petroleum storage and carriage, electrics and automation, air conditioning, environment protection, water supply and drainage, computerization, interior decoration, mechanical design and manufacturing, technical economy, testing techniques, and law. Among over 400 employees are two state-recognized design masters, two design deans of excellence, one state-recognized young expert with remarkable accomplishment, twenty two experts entitled to the government special subsidy, ten ministry-recognized young expert with remarkable accomplishment, twenty five senior engineers with professor’s title, more than 180 staff members with senior professional titles, 33 Grade-A certified architects and structure designers, 38 engineers certified for engineering supervision, cost engineering, and consultancy, and 11 project managers.

Our institute is specialized in and widely acknowledged for its technology and know-how of food deep freezing and refrigeration, slaughter and processing, petroleum storage and carriage, automation of refrigeration system, construction of refrigerators, civil engineering and design, and logistics for various commercial purposes, Over the past half decade since its inception, the institute has completed over 2,000 civilian and commercial projects related to refrigeration, deep freezing and processing facilities for various kinds of meat, poultry and aquatic food, food processing centers, storage and keep-fresh and processing bases of agricultural products (fruits, vegetables seeds), petroleum storage and carriage facilities, storage of grain, edible oil, sugar and cotton, warehouse supermarket, wholesale marketplaces, logistics hubs, hotels, office buildings, and shopping malls. In the above-mentioned areas, our institute has enjoyed a well-known brand and technical cutting edge.
